Chris Turner
CEO
Mr. Chris Turner began in the sprinkler industry in the spring of 1997 and by 1998 he was awarded Apprentice of the Year. His self-motivation led him to be promoted to a jobsite foreman within two years. In 2010, he obtained his inspector’s license. Chris was given the opportunity to begin his own division of Georgia Automatic in Macon, GA in 2013. Four years later it was time for Mr. Turner to return home to Valdosta to begin his journey to ownership. Chris, along with Michael Cody, purchased Georgia Automatic Sprinkler in January of 2019.
Mike Cody
CFO
Mr. Michael Cody joined the fire sprinkler industry in January of 1996, pedaling over nine miles each way on a 10-speed bike to go to and from his job as a helper. He was promoted to foreman in January of 1999. Mr. Cody worked his way out of the field by obtaining his inspector’s license in 2003 and was soon promoted to district manager of the Albany district. As of 2019, Mr. Cody has proudly held the title of Vice President of Georgia Automatic Sprinkler Co.
